Ingredients substitutes

Sometime it's hard to find ingredients, that's why I decided to create a page with some substitutes I suggest...

Light Soy Sauce: Kikoman soy sauce, or (for4 tbs) 2 tbs dark soy sauce+ 2 tbs water+ 1 pinch of salt
Rock sugar: Brown sugar
Shaoxing wine: The best is Xeres wine, but you can use any light white wines
